The Russell-Brasstown Scenic Byway - This 40-mile stretch of road winds through the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest and provides breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. it’s a 4.9 (10-Mins from the community exit. The road is well-maintained and features plenty of pull-offs for drivers to take in the scenery. The road features steep grades and tight turns, and the surrounding forests provide a stunning backdrop.

Richard B. Russell Scenic Highway - Located in the north Georgia mountains, this is a 26-mile stretch of road that offers drivers breathtaking views of the rolling hills and valleys. The road features some very smooth curves.

Blood Mountain Road - Located in the north Georgia mountains, Blood Mountain Road offers stunning views of the forested hills and winding roads. The road is challenging and requires drivers to navigate sharp turns and steep inclines, but the payoff is worth it for those seeking a thrilling driving experience.

Wolf Pen Gap Road, State Route 60 is a 5-mile stretch of road in the north Georgia mountains. The road features sharp turns and steep grades, making it a popular destination for driving enthusiasts. This will add about an additional hour to your trip if you're coming from Russell-Brasstown Scenic Byway.

So if you are wondering where we can go eat some good food, spend a day hanging with the family and still take a great road? Well we got you covered! From the Innsbruck community to our destination it's going to be a 52 mile trip to Downtown Highlands, NC. You'll find plenty to see and do in this charming mountain town. Whether you're looking for outdoor adventures or a relaxing getaway, Highlands has something for everyone. The town center is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and galleries, making it a great place to spend an afternoon browsing or grabbing a bite to eat. This will be more of a family type driving event. If you are feeling adventurous you can drop the family off and hit up one of the surrounding roads 281, 215, Blue Ridge Parkway and 276 these are going to be our best choices for this area.

Another great recommendation is doing the Wayah Rd Route, if you are just going to do one road, this is the one we recommend. It's also the longest one at a 4hr loop. I'm telling you this is the one you want to do! There is nothing better than having your exhaust just bounce off the walls while going through valleys and enjoying the scenery! Make this a priority in your trip!

Next we have The Tail of the Dragon, this is a road system on the Tennessee/North Carolina state line. It is one of the most famous roads in the world for sports car enthusiasts, as it has plenty of curves, switchbacks, and turns with over 11 miles of smooth paved road providing a challenging drive. The road is also known as "Deals Gap" and is considered to be one of the most scenic drives in the USA. Make sure to stop by the Fontana Village area while you're ripping through the area.
